Press Buzz for Chow Bing

Chow BingChow Bing, the new healthy and affordable Chinese restaurant that opened recently at the Pencil Factory Flats and Shops downtown, has had a pretty incredible first few weeks.

Chow Bing differentiates itself from traditional Chinese restaurants with its focus on natural (and gluten-free upon request) ingredients.   The restaurant’s owner, Gary Lin, prides himself on working with responsible suppliers.  He uses meats from animals that are humanely raised without antibiotics or growth hormones, serves sustainable seafood, and purchases vegetables primarily from local sources.   And after all of that, the delicious food is still affordable.   Diners can enjoy Chow Bing’s build-your-own Bing (burrito) or Bowl with premium protein and vegetable combinations starting at $8.00.  All menu items are cooked to order.
