We’re sure you’ve seen it…what once was known as City Hall East on Ponce is slated to be reborn as Ponce City Market. It’s one of the most exciting things going on intown! This local landmark will be renovated and turned into a hub for the new intown, a nexus of sustainable growth, with local retail, restaurants, offices, and residences that turn a historic space with plenty of potential into an shining example of the new Atlanta.
October 1, Ponce City Market will host the Party at Ponce from 7 to 11 PM as a kick-off celebration inspired by this ambitious project. The price of the ticket includes live music from the Indigo Girls, Shawn Mullins, and Francine Reed, a tour of the old building (one of the last chances before renovation begins), and food from some of Atlanta’s best chefs. Proceeds will go toward the BeltLine and Georgia Organics.
